Where this policy applies
This policy applies to Tale Ledger accounts, hosted images, public links, player-session hosting, future included AI, reports, support channels, and attempts to interact with Tale Ledger’s infrastructure. Private local files remain under the user’s control, but content deliberately sent to a hosted service must follow this policy.
Expected tabletop content
Ordinary tabletop fantasy content is welcome: armed heroes, villains, undead, monsters, peril, non-graphic battle, horror themes, fictional religions, morally complicated factions, and similar campaign material. Automated systems may identify categories such as violence; category detection alone does not establish a violation.
Prohibited content
Do not use Tale Ledger to create, upload, publish, request, distribute, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or content sexualizing anyone under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or instructions intended to evade victim-protection systems.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or publication of private personal information without authority.
- Content that promotes or meaningfully facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, trafficking, or serious criminal harm.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, security bypass, service disruption, or attempts to extract private keys and secrets.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Impersonation, fraud, deceptive commercial activity, or unlawful discrimination.
Service abuse
Do not evade quotas, rate limits, moderation, account restrictions, duplicate blocking, or payment controls; probe another user’s private content; automate excessive requests; resell hosted capacity; or use Tale Ledger infrastructure as unrelated general-purpose storage or content delivery.
Reports must be submitted in good faith. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or bulk-abusive reports may result in restrictions.
Enforcement
Tale Ledger may decline publication, remove public delivery, preserve evidence, warn an account, apply strike points, suspend hosted publishing, revoke sessions, terminate hosted access, or refer a matter to qualified authorities when appropriate. Context, severity, intent, history, and legal obligations are considered.
Automated screening is a triage tool. It does not issue account punishment by itself during the controlled beta. Use the contact page for urgent safety concerns and include the public asset link and a concise explanation.
